Students upload once. Employers search and shortlist. That is the whole thing.

Students & recent graduates

One upload reaches every employer recruiting at the career fair. Nothing to apply for, no cover letters, no deadlines to keep track of. Tell us your program, when you graduate and the kind of work you want, and the recruiters looking for exactly that will find you.

Common questions

If your question is not here, contact CS-CAN | INFO-CAN and we will answer it.

For students

Do I need to create an account before I submit?

No. Fill in the form and an account is created for you automatically. You will get an email with your username and a link to set a password.

Who can actually see my resume?

Only employers who have been approved by CS-CAN | INFO-CAN, and only during the access window they have been given for the event. Your resume is never published publicly, and the file cannot be reached by anyone without a valid signed-in session.

Can I fix a mistake or upload a different resume?

Yes. Sign in and go to My resume. You can change any answer and replace the PDF as often as you like. Replacing the file removes the old one.

What file type and size do you accept?

One PDF, 2 MB or smaller. That is enough for a normal two-page resume.

Do I have to apply to anything?

No. There are no job postings to apply to and no cover letters. You upload once, and recruiters filter the database and contact you directly.

Can I remove my resume later?

Yes. Withdraw it from My resume at any time, without giving a reason. The record is unpublished and the file is deleted.

How long do you keep my resume?

Twelve months from the day you submit it, then it is deleted automatically. You will get an email two weeks before that happens so you can refresh it if you are still looking.

I submitted but nothing arrived. What now?

Check the spam folder of the address you used. If that address already had an account with us, you will have been sent a sign-in link instead, and your latest answers were not saved. Sign in and update your existing resume.

For employers

How do we get access to the database?

CS-CAN | INFO-CAN creates the account for you and sets the dates it is active, usually around the career fair. You will receive an email with a link to set your password.

What can we filter candidates by?

Program, degree level, graduation year, study status, work eligibility, preferred location, working language, skills, and free-text keyword search.

Can we download the resumes?

Yes, as PDFs. Every search, profile view and download is recorded in an access log, so there is a full record of who looked at what.

What happens when our access window ends?

Access stops automatically on the end date. Search, profiles and downloads are all closed off until a new window is arranged.
